Chapter 3: The Riders of the Zodiac.

From where we were camped to the border with Slovenia it was only 6km and in a few minutes after leaving we were already in Slovenian territory, my eighth country on this journey on two wheels. We entered without any problem and without any supervision. It was a quiet cycling day, a nice cold with the kind of sun that only heats the necessary, no uphill pushes, very green, apple trees along the way and without Bruno groaning in pain, he had finally got into the rhythm. And Slovenia was brief and beautiful! We cycled about 70kms across the country, through more alternative paths crossing from Sežana to Rupa.

And so it was another day, which started out green, calm and pleasantly cold, and ended up blue, agitated and with the flavor of sweet potato.
